Creating a Telegram group + Slack channel for VendimiaTech 2026 Alumni is a great idea! My suggestion is to also include [Ipe Village](https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/2603-grant-proposal-rootstock-buildathon-track-and-sponsorship-at-ipe-village-2026/753/54) alumni. Then, a few delegates could join and monitor the group, helping potential grantees shape strong proposals that follow the [latest grant guidelines](https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/general-guidelines-for-grant-applications/94/9) while also increasing stRIF.

I wrote-up a lightweight playbook that can be used in my comment [here](https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/2603-grant-proposal-rootstock-buildathon-track-and-sponsorship-at-ipe-village-2026/753/54) .
