Rationale: Voting against due to the errors in the onchain submission, including the proposal format, requested amount and rBTC being used instead of USDRIF. This vote is against the current submission, not the underlying dZap proposal, which can be corrected and resubmitted.

Rationale:
The clarifications provided since the M2 review are enough for me to support moving into M3. The remaining work is now better defined, and I do not see a reason to hold back the next milestone while the outstanding verification work continues in parallel.
My support for M3 is not a sign-off on M2 as fully complete. The security-related items and final audit path still need to be evidenced and closed out properly before the grant itself can be considered complete.
For now, I am comfortable voting FOR and reviewing those remaining items as they are delivered.
