Rationale: Cutting the final ask to $1,000 and the full grant from $20,000 to $9,250 is the right way to close this out, and the final report is honest about what didn’t land.
I agree with @Axia that dApp integration never happened and that most of the user activity came from campaigns rather than organic use, and I’d want to see that fixed before any continuation. That said, this pilot ran through one of the worst stretches of crypto cycles with historically low sentiments, when very few teams were looking to add a new onboarding layer. Some of the weak adoption might just be the market, not the product. The explorer integration, SDK, onramp and wallet are all still there and can get picked up when activity comes back. Getting dApps to actually integrate is a business development problem though, and a better market won’t fix that by itself, I hope this gets attention when crypto sentiment picks back up.
