**Vote** : Against

**Rationale:** I’m voting against this proposal due to the errors @tamlerner raised in the group chat. The grant amount should be in USDRIF, not RBTC. I’ll assume this was an unintentional mistake. The title also doesn’t follow the required format. It should start with the year and month, like this:
