**[Blockscout Global Wallet - M3 Final Milestone](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/50769660096823669951030705317911940149113535511832705451001128482091550666680)
Voted:** For, because the grantee has successfully delivered the core technical infrastructure required for the pilot including the fiat on-ramp and Rootstock explorer integration and achieved a highly respectable 18% user retention rate among 2,300+ authenticated users.

**[[2606 Builder Activation] Stelios & Mick (Geyser Team)](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/89120013295358442030723837952593243776000036149415521009556993828954245992401)
Voted:** For, this proposal because funding the Geyser team to expand their All-or-Nothing and Prism smart contracts delivers critical capital-formation infrastructure to the Rootstock ecosystem. A major friction point for early-stage builders on Bitcoin L2s is the lack of native, battle-tested crowdfunding primitives. Given that these flows are already live in production and actively handling RBTC volume, this grant subsidizes proven public goods rather than theoretical concepts.

**[[Grant 0708] Recognized Delegate Compensation - July 2026](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/25823774676769754293686139085914070565070285551013721482217383511506499701743)
Voted:** For, Compensating proven contributors is the most effective way to guarantee the reliability and professional quality of Rootstock’s governance operations.

**[DZap — One-Click RIF Staking on Rootstock](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/92542557474351420542438004476108915651676871286138142493048081000953426889089)
Voted:** Against, the on-chain request for 1,350 rBTC instead of USDRIF requires an immediate resubmission anyway. Subsidizing 15% to 30% of early volume is not a sustainable use of treasury funds.

**[[2601 Grant] SwaptoX Aggregator – Milestone3](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/53084095147171520170784099804330067622078751291378579010120644406086191573024)
Voted:** For, because Milestone 3 finalizes SwaptoX’s transition from a basic consumer dApp into a highly secure, B2B liquidity routing layer for Rootstock. We appreciate the grantee’s transparency in updating the M3 scope to explicitly include the SwaptoXTimelock deployment and correctly categorizing the smart contract audit as “in progress.” The delays to the original timeline are entirely justified given the addition of complex split-routing and decentralized governance mechanics.

**[[2609 Builder Activation] JXLabs](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/19356572789899808081275527859675257172391427345619696866993538646353667614037)
Voted:** For, JXLabs is deploying battle-tested Bitcoin utility rather than asking the DAO to fund an unproven concept. With four live Mainnet applications, a completed Coinspect audit, and 26 active non-custodial vaults, they have already demonstrated real execution capacity. An initial 50% Backer Reward Percentage establishes clear economic alignment with the Collective instead of functioning as a one-way treasury drain.

**[[Grant 2609] Recognized Delegate Compensation - August 2026](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/89900466501956992588601497551153780195205768879253584404018838678083811751556)
Voted:** For, Compensating proven contributors is the most effective way to guarantee the reliability and professional quality of Rootstock’s governance operations.

**[[Builder Deactivation Proposal] Tally](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/107270178895714939899589895917339070105591443762473191651466890546244753229249)
Voted:** For, Since Tally has ceased operations, keeping them active in the Collective Rewards program or live on the dApp UI makes zero sense. We need to ensure that reward emissions are exclusively routed to active, maintained ecosystem infrastructure.

**[[Builder Deactivation Proposal] Tropykus](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/23797189737462598335657298613700772177976868865423246433076950429786352753927)
Voted:** For, With Tropykus officially winding down their operations, keeping them active in the Collective Rewards program would only result in dead-end emissions.

**[[2609 Builder Deactivation Proposal] Boltz](https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz/proposals/87816837546846128098328362734664726320601935014029431410725280094486862167320)
Voted:** For, Since Boltz ceased operations in August, formally opting them out of the Collective Rewards program is the only logical move to prevent dead-end emissions. We highly appreciate the massive technical contributions the Boltz team made to the Rootstock ecosystem.

Voted:** For, They are addressing a massive friction point in the ecosystem USDRIF exit liquidity with a highly disciplined financial architecture. Locking over 90% of the $35k grant behind hard on-chain volume metrics, while only requesting $3k upfront to initiate the audit, completely protects the DAO’s treasury. Furthermore, the pre-audit safeguard of filling M1 with their own capital to shield users before the contracts are fully audited shows serious operational maturity.

Voted:** Against, We support the progress on the live DOC minting Wink, but the final payment should follow the guideline holdback: $900 now, with $8,100 released after the 30-day adoption target is verified on-chain and request a resubmission / amended payout structure.
