Rationale:  
We support making the audit a core part of the proposal and funding its booking upfront. In line with the grant guidelines, the project addresses the USDRIF Adoption theme: USDRIF exit liquidity is thin, and the builders backed this with on-chain data. It also supports the Onboarding UX theme, since users can trade without holding rBTC. The builders took delegate feedback seriously and addressed most of the comments raised.
