Adding to @ChronoTrigger’s suggestion to take time before resubmitting: one point has not come up in the thread yet and we think it belongs in the revised proposal.

At $4,500 this grant sits in the Scaling tier, and the [guidelines](https://gov.rootstockcollective.xyz/t/general-guidelines-for-grant-applications/94/9) attach a minimum Funding Efficiency Score of 1.5x over twelve months to that tier. The net-new wallets and net-new RIF staked you have committed to reporting are the right components, but the proposal never connects them to that bar. What is missing is a twelve-month figure for those metrics, and how you propose to value them, so delegates can check the ask against 1.5x rather than against a month-one estimate. We would rather see that in the revised proposal than argue about it after the vote.
