RC V14.0 Release Note
Summary
TL;DR: The Rootstock Collective Foundation is pleased to announce V14.0, a release that gives builders their real identity across the dApp and makes support requests traceable on-chain. Builders now appear with their own official logos instead of generated placeholder icons. On the builders table, the backing page, your rewards and your transaction history — and the Support form now asks for a wallet address or transaction hash so the team can trace your issue directly on-chain.To access the latest version, simply refresh your browser or visit https://app.rootstockcollective.xyz!
Community Benefits
Builders now show their real logos — Across the dApp, builders are displayed with their actual project logos instead of the generated placeholder patterns. This covers the builders table on both desktop and mobile, the backing page header, your backer rewards details and your transaction history. Where a builder has not provided a logo yet, the generated identicon is still used as a fallback, so every builder remains clearly identifiable. Images are also served at the right resolution for your screen, including retina displays, so logos look sharp without slowing the page down.
Support requests you can actually trace — The Support form now asks for a wallet address or a transaction hash, and prefills your connected wallet automatically. The reference is validated as you type, so typos are caught before you submit, and it reaches the support team as a direct link to the Rootstock explorer. This means less back-and-forth: the team can look at exactly the wallet or transaction you are asking about from the very first message.
Reliability and quality improvements — Avatar images now recover correctly when a builder’s image changes, explorer links are built consistently regardless of environment configuration, and the support ticket endpoint returns clearer, prioritized validation messages when something is missing. The release also adds broad automated test coverage for the support flow — form validation, reference formatting, captcha rejection and delivery failures — keeping the dApp accurate and resilient behind the scenes.
