# Rootstock Delegate Compensation for November 2025

As governance facilitator it is our responsibility to measure delegate activity and make recommendations on who qualified for a payout each month.

For this month, we chose Likes Received This Month and Recent Read Time. Likes Received are a easy to game, and we do have some concerns that they are actually being gamed. Nevertheless they’re a somewhat related metric for contributing to the discourse and the community of the Rootstock Collective/

Below is a screenshot of our dashboard, [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14_B54zdHbwSfZp4li8W5J9fDiDdhHEauECgEvE2avV0/edit?usp=sharing) is a link to the Google Sheet. Please reach out via DM if you feel we have not counted correctly.

We’ll push the delegate compensation payout to an on-chain ratification vote shortly. The actual payout will currently happen manually, due to limitations for multi-send functionality in the on-chain executables of the polls.

Based on our calulations Gold Tier Delegates are:

- @ChronoTrigger
- @Tane
- @Kaf_Anode

Silver Tier Delegates are:

- @404Gov
- @Curia
- and our highly appreciated newcomer @Ignas

Thanks for getting this out to everyone so promptly!

Just wanted to kindly note that in the proposal, the text says that we are part of the Silver tier this month. However, we believe it should say @Curia instead of us for this month. Thanks for the update @Raphael_Anode Since many of us professional delegates have several team members active in the forum and share different responsibilities internally, it would be helpful if the forum activity is counted for all accounts and not just one.
