Rationale:

We recognize that some critical information was missing from the proposal, and publicly verifiable data regarding user traction and growth was limited.

However, we also acknowledge that the team has demonstrated development activity through their GitHub repositories. Although these uncertainties made the decision challenging, we ultimately chose to support the proposal, as it addresses an important issue within the Rootstock ecosystem and reflects genuine development effort.

Going forward, we encourage the team to significantly enhance transparency and share more verifiable progress publicly. At the same time, we also see a need for the Rootstock Collective itself to refine and clarify our own funding standards and processes to ensure clearer expectations and accountability in future proposals.
