[2606 Grant] Andromeda Core — Autonomous Reputation Infrastructure (Milestone 1)

Hi everyone — a brief update on the FES pilot.

Tamara has asked @sebcebollas and @kaftelegram to conduct a technical review of the pilot infrastructure so we can move forward. I have been in direct contact with Sebas in the Telegram group, and he has already begun testing the wallet verification flow.

Current status of the review

  • The public preview page is live and operational at https://core.andromedacomputer.net/en/preview. The page is not linked from our main landing page navigation — it is designed to be accessed directly via the link that will be distributed through the Collective’s channels once confirmed.

  • Sebas confirmed he is checking the page and has asked about the /preview section. I clarified that the page itself is fully functional; any RIF holder can enter their wallet address and see their cohort-specific message. The page is simply not visible in the main site navigation until the distribution channel is agreed.

  • The underlying infrastructure (APIs, attribution monitor, IPFS logging) is stable after the fixes we implemented last week.

Next steps

We await the technical review from Sebas and Kaf. Once they have completed their assessment, we will coordinate with Tamara to confirm the distribution channel placement and begin the 4-week observation window.

We remain on track for the timeline we shared previously: the observation window begins when the link goes live in the Collective channel, and we will report results 4 weeks thereafter.

Thank you to Tamara, Sebas, and Kaf for prioritising this. We are ready.

Hi @ChronoTrigger @Axia @SEEDGov @Tane @PGov @Curia a quick update on the FES pilot.

@sebcebollas has completed the technical review and confirmed that the wallet verification flow, cohort assignment, and personalized reporting are all working as designed. The system correctly identifies inactive RIF holders and displays the corresponding message based on their assigned group.

The preview page is stable and ready for public distribution at https://core.andromedacomputer.net/en/preview.

Next step: We are now coordinating with @tamlerner to place the link in the agreed Collective channel. Once the link is live, the 4‑week observation window begins. We will report the full results here at the end of that window.

Thanks to Sebas for the thorough review, and to everyone for your patience.

Hi @everyone , a brief status update on the FES pilot.

After the successful technical review by @sebcebollas, we have been coordinating with @tamlerner and the Rootstock team on two fronts:

  1. Public distribution of the pilot link. The infrastructure is ready and stable. The verification page is live at https://core.andromedacomputer.net/en/preview, and we are waiting for confirmation on which official Collective channel will host the public link. The 4‑week observation window begins as soon as that link goes live.

  2. An X Spaces session to present the pilot. The team has proposed hosting a session to walk the community through the pilot. We are happy to do it in Spanish (with @sebcebollas and Tamara) for a more technical audience, or in English for a broader general session. We are flexible on timing and will confirm the format once the team decides.

No blockers from our side — the system is deployed, tested, and waiting for the green light. We appreciate everyone’s involvement and will post again as soon as the distribution channel is confirmed.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Thanks for the updates, @Ilichb and appreciate the consistant communications. Please let us know once the pilot link has gone live. Tks!

Hi @DAOstar_gov thank you for following up.

The pilot infrastructure is fully ready and the link is stable at https://core.andromedacomputer.net/en/preview. The only remaining step before the 4‑week observation window begins is the confirmation of the official Collective channel where the link will be placed.

We are in active coordination with the Rootstock team on this. Once the link is live in the agreed channel, we will announce it here immediately, and the observation window will start from that moment.

Appreciate your patience and continued support. We are ready to go as soon as the channel is confirmed.

We really appreciate how responsive the Andromeda team has been. Since the infrastructure is ready, let’s get the official channel link placed so the 4-week observation window is not delayed any further. we want to set clear expectations on the KPIs @Ilichb . Page views and clicks are useful context, but they do not equal ecosystem activation. The final pilot report needs to clearly separate organic traffic from official-channel traffic, and the primary success signal must be actual, attributed incremental RIF staked.

Thanks, @Eren_DAOplomats , completely agree with the KPI framework and the need to separate traffic sources clearly.

We also want to be flexible and make sure this is done the right way together.

Our preference is to start the pilot once the Rootstock team @raimego confirms the official channel and the link is placed there. That way, the observation window begins with the full support of the Collective, and we maximise the quality of the data from day one. The X Spaces session would be a perfect moment to amplify the launch, so ideally we can coordinate the link placement and the Spaces together.

We are ready and waiting. As soon as the channel is confirmed, we’ll announce the exact start date and time of the 4‑week window.

No blockers on our side, we’re prepared to move the moment the team gives us the green light.

Hi everyone! a quick update on the FES pilot coordination.

@DAOstar_gov @tamlerner @Curia @Eren_DAOplomats @SEEDGov @ChronoTrigger , thank you for the continued follow-up. We’re fully aligned on the KPI framework: the primary success signal remains actual, attributed incremental RIF staked, and the final report will clearly separate traffic by source, including organic vs. official-channel distribution.

One clarification on that separation: all traffic in this pilot is organic by design. We are not running paid ads, sponsored posts, or paid collaborations with any content creator. The only amplification will come from the Collective’s own official channels and from our own X account. That means every view, click, and stake attributed in the report will come from genuine community interest, not paid distribution.

On the pilot timeline, we have been coordinating with the Rootstock team on the best way to launch. Raissa has kindly prepared the transition for her maternity leave, and @Gwgwvas will be taking over community coordination. The proposal on the table is to record the X Spaces session during the week of September 14–18, and to use that same week to place the pilot link in the official Collective channel.

That would allow us to:

  • Launch the pilot with official-channel distribution from day one.
  • Use the Spaces recording to amplify the link and give the community a direct way to try the preview.
  • Start the 4-week observation window on a clear, publicly announced date.
  • The infrastructure is ready and stable. As soon as the exact date is confirmed, we’ll announce it here with the start date of the observation window and the link.

Thanks to everyone for your patience, this coordination took a little time, but we’re now very close to going live.
