What We Build

JXLabs builds non-custodial applications that expand Bitcoin utility through practical, real-world use cases.

Our current product portfolio consists of four applications already deployed on Rootstock Mainnet:

  • BΔLT
  • BΔLT Pro
  • BΔLT Payments
  • BΔLT Gift

Together, these products form an ecosystem focused on digital asset continuity, treasury protection, programmable payments and Bitcoin gifting.

BΔLT — Bitcoin Autonomous Legacy Trust

BΔLT is a decentralized and non-custodial continuity and inheritance protocol built on Rootstock.

It addresses one of the fundamental challenges of Bitcoin self-custody:

What happens to Bitcoin and digital assets when their owner dies, becomes incapacitated or permanently loses access?

BΔLT allows users to create smart contract vaults, designate a beneficiary and define an inactivity period. The owner periodically performs an on-chain check-in to confirm continued activity.

If the configured inactivity period expires without a check-in, the designated beneficiary becomes eligible to claim the assets through the smart contract.

The owner maintains control of the vault and may cancel it and recover the remaining assets before the claim becomes available.

Current BΔLT capabilities

  • Non-custodial continuity and inheritance vaults.
  • User-defined inactivity periods.
  • Periodic on-chain check-ins.
  • Designated beneficiary wallet.
  • Permissionless claim after the inactivity condition is met.
  • Vault cancellation and asset recovery by the original owner.
  • Support for RBTC.
  • Support for DoC.
  • Support for BPRO.
  • Wallet compatibility through MetaMask, Ledger and WalletConnect.
  • Open-source smart contracts.
  • Independent smart contract audit by Coinspect.
  • Deployed and operational on Rootstock Mainnet.

BΔLT never controls users’ wallets, private keys or deposited assets. The continuity logic is executed directly by Rootstock smart contracts according to the conditions established by each user.

BΔLT Pro — Treasury Continuity for Organizations

BΔLT Pro extends the continuity model of BΔLT to companies, protocols, institutions, foundations, DAOs and other organizations managing Bitcoin-based treasuries.

It allows organizations to establish predefined continuity rules so that treasury assets do not become permanently inaccessible when key individuals disappear, lose access or are no longer able to operate the treasury.

BΔLT Pro maintains the same non-custodial principles as BΔLT while introducing functionality designed for organizational and enterprise scenarios.

Current BΔLT Pro capabilities

  • Non-custodial treasury continuity vaults.
  • Support for multiple beneficiaries.
  • Percentage-based asset distribution between beneficiaries.
  • Periodic organizational check-ins.
  • Additional RBTC deposits without resetting the continuity structure.
  • Configurable inactivity periods.
  • Custom deployments for specific organizational requirements.
  • Transparent and verifiable smart contract execution.
  • Currently deployed on Rootstock Mainnet with RBTC support.

BΔLT Pro is designed to provide a continuity framework without transferring custody of the organization’s treasury to JXLabs or any centralized third party.

BΔLT Payments — Programmable Payments on Rootstock

BΔLT Payments is a non-custodial programmable payment layer deployed on Rootstock Mainnet.

It allows companies and organizations to create reusable smart contract payment vaults and schedule payments to multiple recipients using Bitcoin-backed assets and stablecoins available within the Rootstock ecosystem.

The product is designed for use cases such as:

  • Recurring supplier payments.
  • Contractor and contributor payments.
  • Payroll-like payment distributions.
  • Grant disbursements.
  • Community incentives.
  • Scheduled treasury payments.
  • Multi-recipient payment campaigns.

Organizations deposit assets into a smart contract vault and configure the recipients, amounts and payment conditions. Recipients can then claim their corresponding payments directly from the contract.

Current BΔLT Payments capabilities

  • Non-custodial payment vaults.
  • Multiple recipients within the same payment structure.
  • Scheduled and programmable payments.
  • Reusable payment vaults.
  • Organization and company management interface.
  • Recipient claim portal.
  • Transparent payment status and transaction history.
  • Support for Rootstock ecosystem assets, including DoC and USDRIF.
  • Deployed and operational on Rootstock Mainnet.

BΔLT Payments helps organizations automate payment flows while maintaining transparency, self-custody and direct settlement through Rootstock smart contracts.

BΔLT Gift — Give Bitcoin, Easily

BΔLT Gift is a non-custodial Bitcoin gifting application deployed on Rootstock Mainnet.

The sender deposits RBTC into a dedicated smart contract vault, selects a release date and generates a personalized digital gift card containing a message, QR code and claim link.

Once the configured date is reached, the recipient can connect a wallet and claim the gift directly from the smart contract.

Current BΔLT Gift capabilities

  • Non-custodial RBTC gift vaults.
  • Configurable release date.
  • Personalized gift message.
  • Digital gift card generation.
  • QR code and shareable claim link.
  • Recipient wallet connection at claim time.
  • Direct on-chain claim through Rootstock.
  • Transparent gift status.
  • Deployed and operational on Rootstock Mainnet.

BΔLT Gift provides a simple and understandable onboarding experience for people who may have never previously used Bitcoin or Rootstock.

Instead of beginning with exchanges, trading or DeFi, users can enter the ecosystem by receiving a gift from another person.

A Connected Rootstock Product Ecosystem

Although each product addresses a different need, all four applications share the same principles:

  • Non-custodial architecture.
  • User-controlled wallets and assets.
  • Transparent smart contract execution.
  • Practical Bitcoin utility.
  • Rootstock Mainnet deployment.
  • Simple experiences for users and organizations.
  • No dependence on JXLabs as a financial intermediary.

Together, BΔLT, BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments and BΔLT Gift demonstrate JXLabs’ long-term commitment to building and maintaining a growing portfolio of real applications on Rootstock.

Our objective is not to develop a single isolated product, but to create a connected suite of Bitcoin-native applications for individuals, families, companies, protocols and communities.

₿ Why Rootstock

Rootstock gives JXLabs the smart contract programmability required to create Bitcoin-aligned applications without abandoning the Bitcoin ecosystem.

For BΔLT, Rootstock enables:

  • Programmable and transparent inheritance conditions.
  • Non-custodial RBTC vaults.
  • Support for Bitcoin-backed assets such as DoC and BPRO.
  • Low-friction check-in, cancellation and claim transactions.
  • Compatibility with established EVM wallets and developer tooling.
  • Integration with other applications and assets within the Rootstock ecosystem.

Rootstock allows us to build experiences that would be significantly more difficult to implement directly on Bitcoin L1 while maintaining Bitcoin as the underlying economic foundation.

Our Rootstock Numbers

The following figures will be calculated from the Mainnet contracts and published with direct Blockscout links in previous section.

Value We Bring to the Rootstock Ecosystem

Real-world Bitcoin utility

JXLabs focuses on use cases that people can understand without first becoming traders or DeFi specialists.

Inheritance, gifting, savings and payments provide practical reasons for users and businesses to interact with Bitcoin and Rootstock.

New users to Rootstock

Products such as BΔLT and BΔLT Gift can introduce Rootstock through familiar human needs:

  • Protecting family wealth.
  • Planning digital inheritance.
  • Giving Bitcoin to another person.
  • Preserving access to assets over time.
  • Making programmable payments.

This provides an onboarding path based on utility rather than speculation.

Increased usage of Rootstock assets

BΔLT supports RBTC and integrates Bitcoin-backed ecosystem assets such as DoC and BPRO.

Each new vault, check-in, cancellation and claim creates verifiable activity on Rootstock and introduces users to Rootstock wallets, gas and assets.

Open-source builder value

The BΔLT smart contracts are publicly available for review and testing.

Our work can also help create reusable knowledge for other builders working on:

  • Time-based vaults.
  • Inactivity mechanisms.
  • Non-custodial asset continuity.
  • Factory-deployed user contracts.
  • Bitcoin-backed consumer applications.

Security and transparency

BΔLT underwent an independent smart contract audit by Coinspect.

We believe applications responsible for long-term user assets must prioritize transparent code, security reviews, documentation and responsible communication about risks.

Ecosystem integrations

JXLabs products are designed to create synergies with other Rootstock builders and assets, including:

  • Money on Chain assets.
  • Rootstock wallet infrastructure.
  • Stablecoin protocols.
  • Payment and onboarding providers.
  • Other consumer applications built on Rootstock.

External awareness

JXLabs promotes Bitcoin and Rootstock through:

  • Public product demonstrations.
  • Community events.
  • Educational content.
  • Social media.
  • Bitcoin conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Collaboration with other builders in Latin America and internationally.

Backer Reward Percentage

We propose to set the initial JXLabs Backer Reward Percentage at 50%.

This means that 50% of the Collective Rewards generated through the backing received by JXLabs will be distributed among the community members backing our Builder, while the remaining 50% will be retained by JXLabs.

The portion retained by JXLabs will be used to support:

  • Continued product development.
  • Maintenance of our Mainnet applications.
  • Smart contract security and testing.
  • Infrastructure and monitoring.
  • Wallet and protocol integrations.
  • User support and documentation.
  • Community engagement and onboarding.
  • Growth of the JXLabs product ecosystem on Rootstock.

We selected 50% because we believe it creates a fair and sustainable alignment between JXLabs and its backers.

Backers receive a meaningful share of the rewards generated through their support, while JXLabs retains sufficient resources to continue maintaining and improving BΔLT, BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments and BΔLT Gift.

Our objective is to build a long-term relationship with the Rootstock community rather than maximize short-term backing through a reward percentage that would leave insufficient resources for continued development.

We will monitor backing levels, community feedback and the resources required to maintain our products. Any future adjustment to the Backer Reward Percentage will be communicated transparently to the community.

Conclusion

JXLabs has already demonstrated a long-term commitment to building practical Bitcoin applications on Rootstock.

With BΔLT, BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments and BΔLT Gift already deployed on Rootstock Mainnet, we have moved beyond the idea stage and established a growing ecosystem of non-custodial products focused on inheritance, organizational continuity, programmable payments and Bitcoin gifting.

Our objective is to continue improving these products, expanding their adoption and developing new applications that bring real utility to Bitcoin and the Rootstock ecosystem.

Becoming an Activated Builder would help JXLabs sustain the team, infrastructure, security and ongoing development required to maintain and grow these applications while we continue working toward long-term, independent revenue generation.

With an initial Backer Reward Percentage of 50%, we aim to establish a fair and sustainable alignment between JXLabs and the community members who support our work.

We believe Collective Rewards can help transform the progress already achieved into a more sustainable development model, allowing JXLabs to continue contributing consistently to Rootstock.

We welcome feedback, questions and suggestions from delegates, backers and fellow builders, and we look forward to continuing to build alongside the Rootstock community.

Thank you for considering JXLabs for activation in the Collective Rewards program.

Hello @jxlabs , thank you so much for submitting your application to the Collective Rewards program. The BΔLT product suite definately represents a robust and practical addition to the Rootstock ecosystem. We also appreciate your proactive commitment to security, as evidenced by your independent Coinspect audit and fully transparent team backgrounds, as well as your balanced 50% Backer Reward % structure.

However, reviewing this application against the updated May 2026 Collective Rewards guidelines, there are a couple of required items missing that are needed before moving forward:

  • Verifiable On-Chain Metrics & Blockscout Links: While an image of the stats report was provided, the text-based metrics table and direct, clickable Blockscout contract links are missing. To adhere to standard governance transparency expectations and allow delegates to independently verify adoption and activity, please update the proposal to include explicit metric figures alongside direct links to your deployed contracts on Blockscout.

  • Video Introduction: The mandatory 2–5 minute YouTube or Loom video from the founding team introducing the project and why you are applying is currently missing from the proposal.

Once these items are updated in the proposal, we look forward to supporting your activation for an on-chain vote. Great work building out the suite, and looking forward to your update!

The DAOstar review flagged missing metrics and a video intro rather than raising substantive concerns about the product itself, so the fence-center read here is neutral, procedural support. Our position lines up with @DAOstar_gov: the BΔLT suite’s four-product scope and the independent Coinspect audit are a reasonable base for a Builder Activation ask, and the 50% Backer Reward split reads as balanced rather than extractive. We would want the text-based metrics table and direct Blockscout links in place before an on-chain vote, since screenshots alone don’t let delegates independently verify adoption across four separate products. Once @jxlabs posts the video introduction and the metrics update, we expect to support this moving to a vote.

Thanks for the detailed proposal, @jxlabs , the four-product suite and the Coinspect audit are a strong foundation. One item that stood out beyond the points already raised: the audit only appears to cover the original BΔLT contracts, while BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments and BΔLT Gift are also live on Mainnet and handling user funds. Could you clarify whether these three products have been audited or are scheduled for review, since they rely on separate factory and vault contracts?

It would also help delegates evaluate the ask if the proposal clarified contract upgradeability and admin/owner key permissions across all four products. Non-custodial vault design is great, but if any factory or vault contract retains an owner-controlled pause, upgrade, or parameter-change function, that’s a centralisation risk worth disclosing alongside the audit results.

Finally, since Backer Rewards are meant to fund ongoing development, a short roadmap with concrete milestones for the next two or three quarters (e.g., specific integrations, audit completions, or adoption targets) would make it easier to track whether the 50% retained by JXLabs is being put to the stated use.

Hello everyone, and thank you very much for the detailed feedback and for the positive comments regarding JXLabs and the BΔLT product suite.

We have now completed the remaining items requested under the May 2026 Collective Rewards guidelines and updated our application accordingly.

The proposal now includes:

  • A text-based table with explicit on-chain metrics for our Rootstock Mainnet activity.

  • Direct and clickable Blockscout links for the contracts associated with BΔLT, BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments, and BΔLT Gift.

  • A video introduction presenting JXLabs, our work on Rootstock, and why we are applying to become an Activated Builder.

On-chain metrics and contract links:

Introduction video:

We also want to provide some additional context regarding security.

The original BΔLT protocol has been fully and independently audited by Coinspect. BΔLT Pro, BΔLT Payments, and BΔLT Gift were subsequently developed using the audited BΔLT contracts and architecture as their foundation, introducing relatively limited changes to support their specific use cases.

These additional contracts have been reviewed and tested internally by the JXLabs development team, although they have not currently undergone separate independent Coinspect audits.

Security is an increasingly important priority for us. One of the main reasons Collective Rewards would be valuable for JXLabs is precisely to help us continue strengthening the security, monitoring, infrastructure, and long-term maintenance of the four applications already deployed on Rootstock Mainnet.

Our development approach is also evolving toward a stronger security-first model. Rather than focusing only on rapidly adding new functionality, our priority is to maintain and harden the existing BΔLT ecosystem while carefully continuing the development of new applications and integrations.

As JXLabs grows, we also intend to continue evaluating additional independent security reviews and audits where appropriate.

We believe this approach is essential for building a sustainable continuity layer for Bitcoin and digital assets on Rootstock.

Thank you delegates, backers, builders, and the Rootstock Collective team for reviewing the proposal and providing constructive feedback.

We appreciate the opportunity to complete the application with greater transparency and look forward to moving toward the on-chain activation vote.
