Good morning, I have a question: how long does the KYC approval process usually take?

I submitted the documents approximately one month ago.

Hi @aidonker - normally, if all documents are submitted correctly, the KYC process takes less than 4 days. A month does seem unusually long.

Could you send your credentials via DM to me via Telegram: @TamaraLerner - Better not to share those details publicly here, and we can check the status together and push through whatever might be blocking it.
