An important update: StableLab governance operations are evolving.
StableLab entered the governance space in 2021. Since then, it has served as a delegate and governance facilitator in major DAOs; from 1inch and Aave to Uniswap and ZKSync. Doo and Gustav, two former MakerDAO growth team members founded the effort that grew into a team of 32 across product, analytics and governance. And in the process supported more than 50 DAOs.
The governance team now becomes independent. Raphael Spannocchi, Head of Governance, Kenechukwu Eze, Protocol Specialist, and Kaf Alles, Protocol Analyst, launch Anode.GG. GG stands for Good Governance, in this case.
These three continue the same work, with Doo Wan Nam remaining available as an advisor .
Raphael, Kene, and @Kaf_Anode were key to building StableLab Governance into what it has become. Governance facilitation will continue to be served well.
StableLab will shut down during February, and Anode will take over operations effective immediately.

I appreciate my time at StableLab and am grateful for the opportunity to continue their excellent work. My focus now centers on DAO governance alone. The team remains the same. Our network stays intact. We bring sharper motivation and clearer direction.
