Alphaday is a comprehensive crypto dashboard platform designed to solve the problem of information fragmentation within the blockchain space. It enables users—developers, investors, and enthusiasts alike—to access all relevant information about the RSK ecosystem in a single interface. Alphaday aggregates blog content, news, forums, governance discussions, market data, podcasts, and more into one community-centric dashboard. This enhances visibility, simplifies onboarding, and supports long-term engagement for the RSK ecosystem.

  1. Value Prop for Rootstock

Alphaday aims to remove entry barriers to the RSK ecosystem for broader adoption by unbanked, underbanked, experienced users, developers and others.

Alphaday’s real-time dashboard highlights RSK’s advantages, such as lower costs, faster transactions, and high scalability. By aggregating Ethereum and RSK (Bitcoin-based) dApps into one platform, it creates what we call visibility architecture. When Bitcoin-based DeFi opportunities, cost comparisons, and scalability metrics exist within the same interface as Ethereum alternatives, the economic case for RSK deployment becomes self-evident through direct comparison.

Our integration approach scales with adoption: early RSK traction immediately enables RSK-exclusive widgets and API integrations. Think progressive ecosystem embedding—we start by making RSK visible within existing workflows, then build platform-specific functionality that keeps developers and users within RSK’s expanding orbit.

Traction

We launched our public beta in August 2022 and currently have ~15,000 MAU active users (organic). Our retention metrics reveal the underlying need: 55% retention rate with zero advertising spend, growing 10% month-over-month. Crypto users don’t stay engaged with tools that don’t solve genuine workflow problems. They stay because we’ve eliminated the tab-switching friction that makes comprehensive ecosystem analysis fragmented and tedious. Average session time per user is 9 minutes and retention rate across 1/7/30 days is 56%/53%/50% as measured by Hotjar. Top countries: USA 18%, Germany 7% Nigeria 6% Turkey 6%, UK 5%.

Hi!! What a great initiative. Dashboards and analytics on Rootstock are definitely much needed.

If you’re able to build an MVP of analytics dashboards for Money On Chain, you’ll very likely have strong support from its user community. Feel free to share more about your initiative in our Telegram group to help spread the word — either in English or, if you’re comfortable, in the more active Spanish group.

It would be great if you could include in your MVP some already available data, such as metrics for the BPro or MOC tokens, as examples of what can be done. You could also include comparisons of active/passive rates available on Tropykus vs Sovryn.

What an amazing initiative. I’m definitely supporting this.

I echo Manu’s idea. MoC, Sovryn and Tropykus are the top projects in Rootstock by TVL currently, as such It’d be great if you can add some of their metrics in the dashboard.
BPro could have historic leverage and price vs BTC.
Sovryn/Tropykus could have BTC and Stablecoin lend and borrow rates.

I’ll definitely take up your suggestion to share more details in your Telegram group as well.

To take all your points in turn:

  • We’re glad to include the pricing data in our MVP. For BPro and MoC tokens, we can certainly display token prices. Regarding additional metrics, could you please clarify specifically what you’d like included and provide any relevant URLs?
  • On active/passive rates (Tropykus vs. Sovryn), direct automation isn’t currently feasible, but we can maintain a manually updated weekly directory highlighting assets, lending/borrowing rates, accepted collateral assets.
  • Regarding API’s, we would need to know what API’s you are thinking of so that we can look into them first as some integrations will require extra work from our devs and may also come with additional costs. Please could you specify which API’s you have in mind and provide us with url’s or docs? We’ll follow up on Discord for further details also if needed.

It’s really great to hear that you share our enthusiasm for connecting Rootstock and Alphaday, we are very excited about a potential collaboration. Thanks very much for your encouragement and thoughtful suggestions!

We’ve clearly noted your recommendations. Borrowing/lending APRs and collateral information for Sovryn and Tropykus will be included in a weekly, manually updated widget.

Regarding historical leverage data for BPro, this valuable feature exceeds our current grant’s scope but could certainly be revisited under future funding opportunities.

We’ve already integrated DefiLlama’s API so we can seamlessly display TVL data across all Rootstock projects that are listed there.

I like this proposal. I didn’t know alphaday, looks very fitting for a chain like rootstock.

Overall I’m very excited about this project.
I see the proposal asks for the full $4.000, though? I was expecting at first $2.500 would be requested for Milestone 1?

Thanks for the feedback and really happy to hear you’re exited about the project.

Since it’s a low amount, we applied for all milestones at once. We did the two-stage payments with other projects, but since 2 of them skipped the 2nd payment now we ask for all at once.

That said if it’s an issue we can reapply for 2.5k now and 1.5k later.

My thought was that the value is relatively small, and Alphaday is an established company with a track record.
