Please apologize if this sounds overly bureaucratic and technical, but for reasons of traceability and accuracy that will allow for future verification, we believe this proposal should be deleted and a new, corrected proposal should be submitted, with the label clearly indicating that the funds proposed for release correspond to those of Milestone: 4.
