[2512 Grant 1] RootStock Global Wallet by Blockscout

@AndrewG, I saw the Apr 28 update about Tropykus winding down and the push to line up more ecosystem apps. I’m building something that may fill the gap on the yield side.

It’s an ERC-4626 yield vault on Rootstock: it takes rBTC and DOC and routes them across LayerBank and Sovryn behind a standard ERC-4626 interface. Audit is next, before mainnet. Write-up here: Idea/Sanity Check: Multi-Protocol ERC-4626 Yield Vault for Rootstock, Strategic-tier pre-RFC walkthrough

A couple of reasons it might be worth a look for the Global Wallet:

  • Because it’s a standard vault, the wallet only needs one ERC-4626 integration to expose native yield. No per-protocol wiring, and it stays compatible with anything else that speaks the same interface.
  • With Tropykus leaving, it keeps a yield option in the wallet without you having to chase down another lending integration.

I know things have been quiet lately, so no rush on your end. I’m the one reaching out here, so happy to move at whatever pace suits you all. There’s a testnet demo running, and I can send it over with the docs whenever you’d like a closer look.
