Rationale: Regenerative Finance is definitely one of the most interesting approaches to bringing the concept of a “Network State” to life. We would love to see this concept realized in Argentina to attract more people to Rootstock. However, after discussing with fellow delegates, we have some concerns that the project is not yet mature enough.
We believe it is crucial to first provide a clearer and more detailed explanation of the business model. The work outlined in Milestone 1, which covers market research and product design, should ideally be completed before requesting the grant, to demonstrate that the project has a proof of concept and is at a stage where Rootstock’s support would create real value.
We look forward to supporting the project once it has a proven concept that clearly demonstrates its potential impact on the Rootstock ecosystem.

Rationale: The current website has not yet reached a fully stable and functional public version. There are still noticeable usability bugs and incomplete user flows that interrupt the experience. Based on this, we believe Milestone 3 has not been fully delivered at this time. We are open to reconsidering once these issues are addressed and the proposal is resubmitted with the updated milestone delivery.

Rationale: We vote for to activate Beexo Wallet as a builder. In the last proposal, we already supported them but it didn’t reach the quorum. We continue to believe Beexo can help onboard new users into the Rootstock ecosystem through a seamless bridge between DeFi and CeFi.

Rationale: The revision based on delegates feedback, reducing the grant request and making the milestone delivery clearer, shows the team’s commitment to delivering results. So we’re supporting the first milestone. At the same time, like we mentioned before, we still have some concerns about the current level of crypto adoption in Ghana. Because of that, we’ll pay closer attention to how the first milestone performs. If the project can hit the KPI for milestone one, it will give us more confidence moving forward.

Rationale: Although the team has fixed several bugs, particularly around untranslated sections and some UX/UI issues, we still encounter parts of the website that remain untranslated. We suggest that the team carefully review all untranslated elements across the site, rather than relying on delegates to point them out individually. There is no urgency to approve Milestone 4, so we would like the team to thoroughly address all remaining untranslated items first.

Rationale: We support this experiment to add the USD Vault Sandbox to the Rootstock Collective dApp. Testing the ERC-4626 standard with USDRIF in a safe environment gives everyone a chance to understand how the vault mechanics work, while also creating a clear pathway for future DeFi protocols to integrate with Rootstock Collective dApp.
