[2508 Grant] M3 Infrastructure Ventures Path to Ecosystem Growth
Voted:
For, to fund Milestone 3 because the team has successfully delivered on their previous commitments by securing solid LOIs. Attracting mature projects like Peach Bitcoin that are willing to commit their own resources for in-house development is a massive win for the Rootstock ecosystem.

[2510 Grant] Zerem Finance - Real World Asset (RWA) - Milestone 2 - Lemon Integration
Voted :
For, pivoting to integrate Zerem as a Mini App within Lemon is a highly strategic move that immediately taps into a massive LatAm user base of over 5 million people. While it requires a slightly increased budget of $15,000, the expanded scope to include essential on/off-ramp services, escrow, and compliance workflows is well worth the investment.

[2601 Grant] SwaptoX Aggregator – Milestone 1(V2.1 Proposal)
Voted:
For, deploying SwaptoX brings essential native swap aggregation infrastructure directly to the Rootstock network. Integrating major liquidity sources like WoodSwap, Sushi, and UniSwap while supporting over 30 tokens from day one will significantly improve the trading experience and routing efficiency for users.

[Grant 2603] Recognized Delegate Compensation - February 2026
Voted:
For, Compensating proven contributors is the most effective way to guarantee the reliability and professional quality of Rootstock’s governance operations.

[2603] Beexo BTCFi Grant – Criptovendimia 2026
Voted:
Against, because the projected KPIs and unclear Customer Acquisition Cost simply do not justify the $12.5k expenditure. Furthermore, the activation feels highly imbalanced, coming across as a promotional vehicle for Beexo Wallet where Rootstock is expected to do the heavy financial lifting without equal “skin in the game” from the other partners.

[2603 Grant Proposal] Rootstock Buildathon Track and Sponsorship at Ipê Village 2026
Voted: For, The adjustments made to this proposal reflect a highly responsive team that respects the DAO’s treasury. By splitting the sponsorship cost 50/50 with Beexo Wallet and allocating a dedicated $2,500 to builder prizes, the capital efficiency here is undeniable.

Rootstock BTCFi Onboarding & Builder Activation — CryptoVendimIA 2026 (Updated Proposal)
Voted:
For, we believe it is a highly capital-efficient pilot. The 20-day residency format is structurally far superior to a standard hackathon for building sticky applications, especially with trusted community leaders running point on the ground

[2603 Grant Proposal] Rootstock India
Voted:
Against, purely because moving a grant to an on-chain vote within 24 hours completely bypasses the necessary governance review phase, and also no clarity on how sybil resistance to prevent mercenary “bounty-hunters” from simply farming the testnet deployments for prize money.

Introduce a 90% Maximum Allocation to Backers to Ensure Builders Retain Meaningful Rewards
Voted:
For, it introduces a necessary safeguard against a “race to the bottom” where builders sacrifice all their rewards just to attract capital. By capping the maximum backer allocation at 90%, the system guarantees that active contributors retain at least a 10% share of the value they generate.

Introduce the BTC Vault (Sandbox Mode) on the RootstockCollective dAppx
Voted:
For, it provides a zero-risk opportunity to test innovative Async Vault mechanics and expand the utility of rBTC within the ecosystem. Since RootstockLabs will entirely manage this Sandbox and it requires no funding from the Collective treasury, the downside for the DAO is virtually nonexistent.

[2603 Grant] Updated: Bitcoin India Tour Phase-3 X Rootstock India
Voted:
Against, while we respect the ambition of the team, funding massive top-of-funnel events without strict, verifiable on-chain conversion funnels no longer aligns with our capital efficiency standards, and deploying funds for broad awareness campaigns is structurally premature while the DAO is actively aligning its strategic priorities with RLabs.

[Grant 2604] Recognized Delegate Compensation - March 2026
Voted:
For, Compensating proven contributors is the most effective way to guarantee the reliability and professional quality of Rootstock’s governance operations.

[2601 Grant] SwaptoX Aggregator – Milestone2
Voted:
For, because it perfectly balances building better tech with locking down the protocol’s security. Developing a true split routing algorithm and upgrading the API caching will noticeably speed up quote times and get users the best possible swap rates on Rootstock.

[2510] Grant Proposal - Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) sandbox rootstock integration - Milestone 3
Voted:
For, because the SSI Sandbox team has delivered an exceptionally transparent, secure, and high-quality set of technical results. Securing a clean audit from CoinFabrik and immediately implementing their recommended enhancements. Gas profiling also yielded an impressive 19% reduction in transaction costs through batching, proving the system is highly optimized for scale.
We also voted against the proposal submitted by accident.

[1304 Grant Proposal] TYKORA Prize Vaults for DoC & USDRIF (Tropykus Yield) | JXLabs - M1
Voted:
For, TYKORA perfectly demonstrates the exact type of ecosystem composability we want to see by routing stablecoin liquidity directly into Tropykus. No-loss prize vaults are a proven, highly effective mechanism for generating sticky TVL since users are continuously incentivized to keep their funds deposited without risking their principal.

[2603 Grant] RelayDevKit - Milestone 1
Voted: Against, If a critical vulnerability were present within this tool, it would not be contained to a single protocol, but could instead rapidly propagate across all projects relying on its infrastructure. Ultimately, any infrastructure of this magnitude must involve a much higher degree of coordination, structural alignment, and direct oversight from the core Rootstock team before we can confidently support it. We also voted against the revised proposal.

Blockscout Global Wallet - Milestone 2
Voted:
For, the Blockscout team has demonstrated exceptional transparency and good faith by voluntarily reducing their Milestone 2 budget from $8,000 to $3,500. Despite facing challenges with broader ecosystem traction, they successfully completed the core wallet-explorer integration, onboarded Tropykus on testnet, and brought a meaningful influx of new users to the Rootstock network.

[Grant 0705] Recognized Delegate Compensation - April 2026
Voted:
For, Compensating proven contributors is the most effective way to guarantee the reliability and professional quality of Rootstock’s governance operations.

[RootstockCollective Ambassador Proposal] Renewal Proposal – Multi-Ambassador Extension M1 & M2
Voted: For, this proposal to sustain the localized momentum these ambassadors have built, and I highly commend the team for structuring this strictly around performance-based, retroactive payouts to protect the treasury and the pros here definitely outweigh the cons.

RBTC Onboarding EventKit
Voted:
Against, because developer tooling of this nature should not receive DAO funding without committed, locked-in integration partners from day one. While we appreciate the Crackdevs team’s responsiveness in refining the technical milestones, the current demand signals from ecosystem projects remain limited to an interest in “testing” rather than concrete deployment milestones. Funding infrastructure prior to secured adoption risks deploying treasury capital into tools that may ultimately face minimal real-world utilization on Rootstock.

[2510] Grant Proposal - Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) sandbox rootstock integration, maturity and al
Voted:
Against, because approving a milestone labeled “Milestone 3” for work that actually constitutes Milestone 4 compromises the accuracy and integrity of our on-chain ledger records. We fully recognize the technical merit of the project and remain ready to support this funding allocation as soon as a correctly labeled proposal or an official workaround is deployed.

[2508 Grant] M4 Infrastructure Ventures Path to Ecosystem Growth
Voted:
Against, the core cohort has thinned drastically, with key DeFi drivers dropped and the remaining projects failing to meet strict milestone criteria. The critical RIF-alignment thesis that justified this grant remains completely unproven, lacking any verifiable on-chain evidence of treasury allocation, token staking, or governance participation.

[Grant 0806] Recognized Delegate Compensation - May 2026
