Team
PGov specializes in providing governance services for decentralized protocols. Our members are dedicated to innovation, leveraging years of specialized expertise to provide pinpointed guidance that meets each team’s specific governance needs.
About
We are a team of diehard governance enthusiasts who have been in the governance space for over four years. Members of our team originally helped deploy Uniswap v3 on Rootstock as members of the Uniswap Accountability Committee and have stayed close with the team since helping steward the millions of dollars of Rootstock provided liquidity. We currently hold a significant amount of RIF tokens ourselves that we intend to keep and hold long term to continue to build our reserves and align ourselves financially with the DAO.
As an initial steward, we will look to be actively involved in each decision to come across the DAO and represent the community to the best of our abilities. Our team was some of the first members involved in defi governance and we want to apply what we have learned over the years to Rootstock. We’re excited to become delegates and are grateful to be along for the journey!
COI Disclosure
We are involved in various other DAOs in DeFi. In cases of conflict of interest, we will communicate it to the community.
Waiver of Liability
By choosing to delegate to PGov within Rootstock governance, delegators understand and accept that PGov will engage on a good-faith, best-effort basis. PGov shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from its participation in Rootstock’s governance activities
We voted Against: While the idea is very interesting, we believe it is a bit too nascent. There are not very well fleshed out milestones and the deliverables are just not there to justofy the requested amount.
We voted For: This is a great way to expand RootstockCollective’s presence into Japan, UAE, and HK. We think the budget of 9,000 for three months is very reasonable and can provide a substantial amount of potential brand awareness. The main thing we want more clarity on in the future is impact measurement.
We voted For: The proposal is cost effective, and the team is trustworthy. The budget-to-impact ratio is good and we think it can attract underserved audiences.
We voted For: Milestones were completed and no issues. Releasing the next milestone as prior agreed upon. We think this program can deliver great potential
We voted For: There are some issues with not having enough projects and teams that can make the full goal achieved, however, we are convinced by the low budget and reasonable milestones.
We voted For: We think the BTC as collateral to take on loans to acquire real estate approach is very scalable and set to expand significantly these years.
We voted For: As the prior vote didn’t hit quorum, we are voting in favor now as Beexo continues to be a very practical use-case for Rootstock adoption.
We voted For: After revising t KPIs and including outside feedback, we believe this grant is in a good spot to move forward. Future milestones and expectations around those are also clear and objective.
We voted For: While we were incorrectly included in the proposal text, this transaction just sends compensation to a secondary wallet, so the actual final send should be the correct amount to the correct delegates.
We voted For: Milestones were completed and no issues. Releasing the next milestone as prior agreed upon, now that the proposal is correctly submitted.
We voted Against: Milestones were not completed and it seems quite sporadically submitted. I think we are still a decent amount of work away from being complete.
We voted For: We think after sufficient forum discussion, the team has answered relevant points and we are in favor of supporting this vote. Thanks to the team for answering our questions and we are now convinced of the benefits of this initiative.
Hello @PGov !!
I’m the CTO working the SSI solution.
We just published our Milestone 1 complete goals, in our thread, and made the proposal for Milestone 2.
The goals for milestone 1 (I copied them below), we completed them, we uploaded the evidence, are in the process of requesting the budget for milestone 2, which is basically the security audit.
We are new to the collective, so probably we are informing something wrong. When you mention key milestones requirements not finished, could you be more specific? Thanks in advance!
