Summary
TL;DR: The Rootstock Collective Foundation is excited to announce the V4.2 to open up the Collective for all new users to see!
Building on the success of V4.1, which enabled the Rewards Booster feature this V4.2 release makes it much easier for new users to browse through all parts of the Collective and also completes this wave of User Experience improvements - thank you for your continued feedback!

Proposals UX, Treasury UX, and Communities UX are now easier and simpler to use - with at a glance visuals and less text you can quickly get a feel for what is happening and find the information you need whether that is to vote on a proposal, join a community, or Backing a Builder…
Proposals now show the amount of Grants paid out in USD….
Treasury now contains important metrics at a glance with no Math required 
and more detail available should you need it…
Communities - more visual and easier to read with new Clubs for Builders like the Hacktivator arriving soon !
Realized Backers Incentives % (RBI%) is now introduced providing greater transparency for Backers - capturing the cumulative rewards Backers have earned so far…
…this visibility helps Backers better understand the impact of their backing decisions, reinforcing the value of participation in the ecosystem.
