Thanks @Raphael_Anode — really appreciate the shout-out and the accurate summary of the discussion.
A couple quick clarifications for precision (so readers don’t over-assume what’s already “locked in”):
-
Launch / metrics
TYKORA is currently in sandbox mode and has NOT been publicly launched yet. Any current TVL/user numbers reflect controlled testing with a small internal/stakeholder set, not organic usage. -
Settlement lock & BTC confirmations
As noted, settlement is designed around 6 BTC confirmations (~60 minutes expected). In practice, it can be longer if BTC header availability is delayed. We’ll keep the UI explicitly showing the target height / confirmations countdown so users understand the state in real time. -
Emergency controls / multisig guardians
We do plan to move emergency controls behind a multisig for production launch. The question of including external ecosystem guardians is something we’re actively evaluating with the community to minimize centralization risk — we’ll publish the final signer set and controls once defined. -
Bootstrapping approach
Cold-start is real. Our current view is that the experience becomes meaningfully “shareable” once 1st prize is consistently in the ~$50–$100/week range, and we’ll focus M3 on activation levers compatible with immutability (ecosystem coordination, education, “winner proof as content”, etc.). If we ever run any sponsored prize boosts, we will disclose the source, duration, and terms transparently.
