This application is submitted by Stelios and Mick as the builder team behind open-source Rootstock fundraising tools such as All-or-Nothing and Prism. Geyser is not the applicant and is not the grant recipient. Geyser is referenced because it is one production implementation where these tools are already live, tested, and used in real fundraising flows. The Builder Activation is for our continued work maintaining and expanding the underlying open-source Rootstock infrastructure so it can support broader fundraising use cases across the Rootstock ecosystem.
What We Build
We are Stelios and Mick, co-founders of Geyser and builders of tools for financial empowerment. We build open-source funding primitives that help people raise capital on Bitcoin and Rootstock’s open financial networks.
Our current work includes All-or-Nothing crowdfunding for goal-based campaigns and Prism-powered open fundraising for ongoing project funding. These tools are currently used in production through Geyser, a Bitcoin fundraising platform that has processed over $1.9M in all-time contributions, close to 50 BTC.
We are applying as Rootstock Builders to keep maintaining, improving, and expanding these tools so they can support real-world fundraising use cases, including but not limited to the flows currently implemented in Geyser.

Value We Bring to Rootstock
Our mission is to help Bitcoin creators, builders, and communities access capital through Rootstock. These groups need better ways to raise funds, prove traction, and stay accountable to supporters. Rootstock makes this funding process transparent, programmable, and measurable.
New users to Rootstock:
We aim to keep building tools that make Bitcoin usable to the wider market, not just Bitcoiners. Rootstock provides a critical layer to apply platform-level logic that is critical for building non-custodial, decentralized tools on Bitcoin.
Our experience building Geyser has helped us identify the need for reusable, non-custodial fundraising primitives on Rootstock.
Developer / builder value:
The AON contract system is open-source and reusable. It supports campaign creation, contributions, goal validation, and fund release. Prism adds open fundraising flows. Together, they form funding infrastructure other builders can use.
Community / awareness:
We have already successfully completed the All-or-Nothing grant, which brought awareness to Rootstock-based fundraising tools and demonstrated real production use.
Through our work on Geyser, we have developed deep experience with Bitcoin fundraising, the Bitcoin community layer, creator onboarding, and transparent capital formation. We are applying as builders to continue developing the underlying Rootstock tools, not to fund Geyser operations.
By becoming Rootstock Builders, we can keep maintaining and expanding open-source fundraising tools that bring more users, capital, and measurable activity to Rootstock.
Backer Reward %
We propose an initial Backer Reward of 72%. We chose 72% to strongly align with the Rootstock Collective community while keeping enough funding for development, maintenance, onboarding, and growth.
