Creation of the CryptoConnect Foundation
To the attention of the Rootstock team,
I am writing to present a strategic collaboration proposal to invite Rootstock to become the main sponsor in the creation and launch of the CryptoConnect Foundation, an educational initiative with social impact focused on free training in Web3 technologies, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, with strong roots in Europe.
CryptoConnect by Cultura C3 was born as a non-profit foundation dedicated to bridging the digital and social divide through open and decentralized technological education. We seek to empower young people from high school onwards, adults undergoing job retraining, and communities with limited access to quality training in emerging technologies.
Our focus is on developing digital citizens capable of actively participating in the Web3 ecosystem, incorporating programming practices, cybersecurity, decentralized finance, applied AI, and digital ethics.
The foundation will be legally established in Spain, with initial operations from Barcelona, ​​and planned expansion to Latin America and Europe in the coming years. It is clarified that more sponsors are being sought to cover additional expenses.

Stage 2: Activation and First Programs (2025)
• Launch of the first 5 free workshops.
• Publication of initial educational content.
• Organization of the first CryptoConnect Day, focusing on Rootstock.
• Launch of the first online cohort.
Stage 3: Consolidation and Partnerships (2026)
• “Educational Ambassadors” Program in Spain.
• Inclusion of Rootstock technologies in content.
• Integration with hackathons, meetups, DAOs, and Web3 communities.
• Generation of educational and social impact reports.
Costs and Financial Justification

Additionally, legal and accounting management will have a fixed monthly cost of €250, intended to cover secretarial, tax, and administrative obligations.
Proposed Role for Rootstock
We propose that Rootstock assume the role of main sponsor and founding partner, with the following commitments and benefits:
Commitments
• Initial contribution of 25% (€7,500) for incorporation and start-up.
• Possibility of covering the remainder (€22,500) over a period of up to 5 years.

• Integration of the Rootstock identity into all institutional communications.
• Active participation in the creation of educational content focused on Rootstock.
• Priority presence at the foundation’s events, materials, and partnerships.
• Positioning as a social and educational leader in the European market.
• Development of talent directly trained in Rootstock technology.
Founding Team and Collaboration Network
The foundation will be led by:
• Nicole Carolina Fucili – General Coordinator, Rootstock ambassador, and Director of C3 Culture, with extensive experience in Web3 event organization, educational inclusion, and community management.
• Educational Team Joel Domenech – Professionals from Spain with experience in digital education, programming, blockchain, AI, and active learning methodologies.
• Network of Mentors and Allies – Yerai Martà Peñalba– Support from technologists and educators with ties to the blockchain and Web3 industries, with a specific interest in supporting this project from the beginning.
Current Progress and Next Steps
Progress to date:
• Draft bylaws and operating model.
• Validation with three interested educational institutions.
• Contact with the agency for the legal process.
• Identification of the first volunteer mentors.
• Organization of pilot events such as CryptoConnect Meetups.
Next steps:
• Confirmation of the main sponsor (Rootstock).
• Signing of institutional agreements.
