Active user adoption demonstrated (project-specific KPIs);
RIF governance participation is active (≥3 votes per project).

Evidence: User and on-chain analytics, governance participation records.
Milestone 5 – Ecosystem Impact (Month 6) – $10,000
Outputs:
≥3 projects successfully graduate program (meet all graduation requirements);
≥1M RIF tokens staked;
≥$500k impact from projects on Rootstock TVL;
85%+ of projects’ improved retention with active RIF management;
Growth optimization plan (incentives, BD intros, DAO engagement).
Acceptance Criteria: 2-4 projects achieving ≥$500K TVL combined and RIF ecosystem metrics achieved.
Evidence: Projects development report, on-chain dashboards (Dune/DefiLlama/Rootstock Explorer), and final impact report.
