[2510] Grant Proposal - Rootstock Ecosystem Roadshow: Workshops & Adoption in Bitcoin Events

Thanks for your reply.

Would you provide those data to support your reported numbers?

I’m very glad to read your comments and to be able to respond to them. The exchange of ideas is truly what enriches this whole process.

There are certainly many aspects we can improve regarding how to measure interactions during the workshops, and the ideas you shared are excellent. I will review the best way to implement these measurement methods so we can provide clearer reporting in future activities. I especially liked the suggestion about using a native Rootstock badge — if you think we can work together on something like that, I’m completely open to collaborating and supporting whatever is needed.

Regarding your question about the main challenges, I believe the biggest one was meeting the attendance expectations set by the event organizers. In addition, for the workshop in Chile, a last-minute organizational change significantly affected the numbers and the overall flow of the activities we had planned.

I hope these comments help respond to your questions, and I’m fully willing to continue working together to strengthen and expand these initiatives.

It’s actually quite challenging to pinpoint or separate exactly which transactions were made by users on those specific days. However, now that you mention it, I think it’s a great idea for next time to set aside a small incentive for workshop attendees and have at least a form where they can paste their test transactions. That way, we can have a clear record by activity and by day, and include concrete data in our reports on the spot.

Yes, it’s a great idea, or you prepare a POAP-like on-chain proof that they can mint or something. Of course not everyone would do so, but at least there should be used for benchmarking, and better than nothing, but with not-verifiable numbers.
