1. Technical Handoff
Users do not need to repeat KYC. The partner shares the required KYC data, so from the user’s perspective the experience is seamless.
The $5K request is not specifically tied to identity or KYC; it is intended to accelerate the broader integration scope and unlock the distribution upside.
3. Incentive to Route
There is no revenue share or direct financial incentive at this stage. The alignment is product-driven: they are looking for strong, sustainable use cases to increase engagement within their app, beyond speculative activity.
An integrated commerce flow fits that objective, which is why the proposal was approved on their side.
5. Milestone 3 Overlap
This request is strictly related to Milestone 2.
That said, there may be future overlap, since the Seller Portal is required for this integration and parts of the ramp infrastructure are effectively covered through the partner. We will formally redefine the scope of Milestone 3 when the time comes, to avoid redundancy and ensure efficient allocation of funds.
