First of all, congratulations on the event and on achieving the intended outcomes!
Regarding the points outlined in your Takeaways, I fully share the same concern, which I also discussed in person with the Rootstock Collective team during EthCC. It is crucial at this stage to clearly define Rootstock’s primary objective, whether it is focused on retail users, builders, and/or institutional, as this will be key to shaping an action plan.
Secondly, it is important to identify what kind of contribution the DAO can make to support these objectives, maybe in terms of growth and business development. There are many delegates across different regions who could drive local efforts to promote and showcase Rootstock’s strengths.
In this regard, we believe that this new phase of dialogue between delegates, the Lab, and the Collective, around potential additional contributions from delegates, can -and should- be the first step in moving in that direction.
