If this idea comes to life, at SEEDGov, we want to be part of this Telegram group and are available for any collaboration or support that may be needed from Argentina. As a first step, we can help developers who need it connect with the local crypto ecosystem to find partners, service providers, coworking spaces, and, more generally, through our network of contacts, but we are open to any support where we can be useful in the country.
Thank you so much, @juanipodesta for publising this report. You mentioned in an earlier comment that out of the 14 completed builds that you will have at least 6 teams that will be followed up for submitting grants to the Collective. I’m presuming those six will be the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize winners. Can you identify which projects those are, and which projects will be the remaining three from your report?
The recommendation by the RT team for a dedicated Telegram group is fantastic way to coordinate and keep the conversation going. In your original proposal, you identified that the 60 day pipeline is where staking conversions would likely happen, which we agree. Have you identified a plan on how and what you will provide to continue interacting (and encouraging and supporting) these alumni in the TG dedicated channel?
Finally, what we did notice in the report, was while your team definately met your main objectives of on-chain activation and bulder retention (as you noted in this earlier comment above) however, we also noticed that you missed your published KPIs goals, and there there was no mention of it in your final report - either as “lessons learned” and/or your viewpoint of what happened.
Your revised KPI’s included =/>300-500 new wallets and +800 on-chain transactions. Your report shows 246 new wallets and I’m presuming from your reporting, also 246 transactions. Can you provide some details of why you experienced these results, and especially since with the new v3.2 Grant guildelines, it would be hard to meet the FES 1.5x score requirement. Tks!
Creating a Telegram group + Slack channel for VendimiaTech 2026 Alumni is a great idea! My suggestion is to also include Ipe Village alumni. Then, a few delegates could join and monitor the group, helping potential grantees shape strong proposals that follow the latest grant guidelines while also increasing stRIF.
I wrote-up a lightweight playbook that can be used in my comment here .
We support this, and see it as a great way to collaborate for all LATAM event attendees from these two grants. @juanipodesta , any way for delegates to participate in the TG group as @Axia mentioned, would be a great way to help these builders submit strong grant proposals.
