Rationale: We voted in favor of this proposal. While we remain concerned that, if the proposal is approved, the final KPI report will only be available 30 days after the payment of Milestone 3, the final one, the team has delivered the entire product committed, with DOC minting operational alongside the other features. We therefore consider the committed deliverables to have been fulfilled.
