All grant applicants to the Rootstock Collective DAO are required to successfully complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks with the RootstockCollective Foundation before any capital is disbursed. While applicants may submit proposals without completing KYC, failure to comply with the KYC process upon request will render the applicant ineligible to receive any funds, regardless of proposal approval or voting outcomes within the DAO. The Rootstock Collective DAO reserves the right to withhold funds if the necessary KYC information is not provided or does not meet the required standards. Participation in the grant programme is contingent on the completion of these checks, and the DAO is under no obligation to disburse any funds to applicants who fail to meet these requirements.
