I think we came a long way since the first version of this.
I think the values requested, actions, and KPIs are now pointing in the right direction.
I’d be ready to support milestone 1.
One thing I’d like to add. You’ll have to work hard and be diligent in delivering the KPIs you proposed in each milestone, as clearly each milestone delivery is what enables the next one. (e.g. if you don’t deliver a solid result on M1, it’ll be hard to succeed supporting 5 mini-project ideas on M2; if you don’t deliver a solid M2, it’ll be hard to launch 2 pilot projects and form 2-3 partnerships on M3). Therefore, I congratulate your drive and hope this project succeeds.
