Hi @Oluman. Thank you for the Milestone 1 update and for the effort in organizing two in-person sessions. It is positive to see physical activation taking place.
However, after reviewing the original Milestone 1 KPIs and the materials provided, I have significant concerns regarding measurable delivery.
Milestone 1 committed to:
• Onboarding 150+ members
• Publishing 5 educational posts
• Training 30 users on Rootstock basics
• Hosting 2 sessions
While the two sessions appear to have occurred (based on photo documentation), the remaining KPIs are not verifiably demonstrated. Registrations are not equivalent to onboarding, and there is currently no clear definition or proof of what “onboarded” means in this context (wallet creation, Rootstock transaction, community retention, etc.).
Additionally, there is no clearly enumerated list of the 5 educational posts, nor evidence of 30 trained participants with measurable outcomes (completion criteria, assignments, wallet actions, or onchain activity).
From an ecosystem perspective, the outputs so far are largely narrative and photographic (no videos). There is limited evidence of Rootstock-native activation, developer output, reusable training assets, or measurable conversion metrics.
Before considering progression to Milestone 2, I believe the community should require:
-
A consolidated Milestone 1 KPI table (target vs achieved).
-
A complete public asset list (posts, slides, event pages, media).
-
A clear definition and proof of onboarding metrics.
-
Basic budget reconciliation for the $1,800 executed.
Without these, it is difficult to assess ROI or justify continued funding.
At this stage, my position is that further milestone payments should be paused unless a materially higher standard of measurable delivery is demonstrated.
